Mrs. Ethel Parker Windley, 92, of 4023 John Small Ave., Washington, and formerly of Belhaven, died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009, at Ridgewood Manor.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home, Washington, with Bishop John McClaney officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Grove Church Cemetery, Sidney Crossroads community, Belhaven.
Mrs. Windley was born in Beaufort County on Nov. 9, 1916. She was the daughter of the late Randall and Vandella Speights Parker. She attended the Beaufort County Schools.
Survivors include one cousin, Lela King of Washington.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. at Whitfield &Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
